Engagement Manager/Director – Retail

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with executives in the customer organizations
  • Develop an account plan for retail clients after a series of meetings with the customer and CoreCompete executives
  • Ideate and develop services/solutions proposals for Cloud, Big Data and Analytics technologies for the clients as per the account plan
  • Actively sell and look for opportunities to develop additional business
  • Work with the technology teams to deliver demos, PoCs, and PoVs
  • Working closely with the delivery teams throughout the projects and ensuring success
  • Assisting in the response to RFI/RFP’s, proposal and new proposition development
  • Presenting and speaking at various forums related to the Retail industry
  • Ensuring success at the client site and convincing them to present with CoreCompete at various forums


Qualifications and Skills

  • Deep expertise in the Retail domain
  • Must have the experience of working (or projects) in the given solution areas for a retailer: Assortment, Demand Forecasting,
  • Inventory Optimization, Customer Management, Price Optimization, Allocation, Replenishment etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or technology area preferably computer science
  • Master’s degree will be a plus
  • Knowledge of SAS Analytics and Retail Solutions would be preferred, however, not mandatory
  • Energetic, Revenue and Sales oriented leader
  • Must have right to work in the U.K., Location: Milton Keynes Preferred
