March 8th 2019, (Raleigh-Durham) – For the second year in a row, Core Compete has been certified as a Great Place to Work® by the Great Place to Work® Institute. The recognition is based on an assessment of employee ratings of their workplace culture, including the level of trust they feel towards leaders, the pride they take in their jobs and the camaraderie they experience with fellow colleagues.

Speaking about the recognition, Shiva Kommareddi, Managing Partner of Core Compete said,

“We are delighted to have earned a place on the Great Place to Work – Certified™ list for 2019. Being recognized for a second year in a row is especially gratifying as we place a priority on creating an engaging, inclusive and high-performance culture.

I’d like to say a special thanks to all of our employees who help foster a dynamic, innovative working environment. We operate every day in the middle of the fast-paced, ever-changing field of cloud analytics and big data. To thrive we must continually learn and reinvent how to best drive business value as new technologies and business challenges emerge. As such, I especially want to thank our team members who embraced our recent learning challenges to earn over 100 new cloud and data competencies and then apply their skills in our 2018 Hackathon. The Hackathon provided a great environment to explore innovative approaches to solving real-world challenges. Looking forward, we will continue to work hard to be the most AWESOME place to work.”

About Great Place to Work – The assessment involves an objective methodology of assessing workplace culture, using GPTW’s globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index© and by conducting the Culture Audit©. As part of the assessment, GPTW Institute assessed Core Compete’s people-related management practices using the Great Place to Work® People Practice Culture Audit© Framework. This measured the perceptions of associates using the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Employee Survey.
